1. Apply Online (5 minutes)
- Visit tsa.gov/precheck or a provider site (CLEAR, IDEMIA, Telos)
- Complete the online application with personal information
2. In-Person Appointment (10 minutes)
- Schedule and attend an appointment at an enrollment center
- Bring valid photo ID (driver's license or passport)
- Fingerprinting and photo taken
- Pay the application fee
3. Receive Approval
- Most applicants approved within 3-5 days
- Can take up to 60 days in some cases
- You receive a Known Traveler Number (KTN) upon approval
