1. Online
- Visit aaa.com/vacation/idpf.html or aaa-idp.com
- Create an account and pay the fee
- Complete the online IDP application
- Upload a digital photo and images of both sides of your U.S. driver's license
- Sign the application electronically
- IDP is mailed to you (processing takes approximately 10-15 business days)
2. In Person at a AAA Branch
- Download and fill out the application form
- Bring to your nearest AAA branch office with:
- Two passport-sized photos (available at AAA branches)
- Your valid U.S. driver's license
- IDP is issued same-day or mailed shortly after
3. By Mail
- Complete the application form
- Mail to your nearest AAA branch with:
- Photocopy of both sides of your driver's license
- Two passport-sized photos
- $20 fee (check or money order)
- Allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery
